In our work with ‘The Football Development Programme’ over the past 5 years, i have always found Matt Walsh (Head of Coaching) and the team\u00a0to always be very organised, enthusiastic and reliable.\u00a0 The\u00a0initiatives they have devised based on ‘Numeracy’ and ‘Healthy Eating’ are relevant to curriculum.\u00a0The children always enjoy and learn from the experience. Matt and the team always\u00a0engage and excite the children with their classes.\u00a0 Their behaviour management strategies are excellent.

I would just like to say how well ‘The Numeracy through Football Initiative \u00a9’ was delivered and received recently. The children thoroughly enjoyed the project, which was expertly delivered.\u00a0 The numeracy lesson was age-appropriate and all members of the class were able to achieve. By combining football and numeracy, the boys were totally engaged – but the girls also enjoyed it too. Although it was a one-off lesson, the children practised skills they could use again – and talked about the project for some time afterwards.\u00a0 We will certainly look forward to seeing you again next year. I wish you continued success.

Can I just say a ‘Big Thank You’ to you and your Staff.\u00a0We had a Phone Call from Manchester City Academy last Saturday and they have invited Thomas to go down and have a few Training Sessions with them. Thomas is so excited, we go on the 27th March and its for 4 Weeks every Tuesday 6pm – 8pm. Thank You so much and hope to see you again.

We just wanted say a huge thank-you again to everyone for giving Josh a great week of training he has really, really enjoyed it.

My Name is John and I am 11 Years Old, and I first came to the Football Courses when I was 7 Years Old and I Enjoyed it from Day One. Everyone on the Course was shown all the Different Football Skills and we Practice them all Week. Matt and\u00a0the team\u00a0gave me Loads of Encouragement and Confidence to go out and Practice my Skills, I am looking forward to the next Course to be shown more Skills and Knowledge.

Having known Matty since the age of 10, I can honestly say he is one of the most gifted, technical footballers I’ve ever seen. A great lad, who I’m sure if he can teach anyone only half of what he knows about the game, they will be on to a winner! I’m sure there are lots of football courses out there, but I’m certain no-one will offer the level of coaching as these guys.<\/p>\n
