The Numeracy Through Football Initiative – Key Stage 2<\/span><\/h5>\n

The Programme is an In – School Initiative which can take place over a Morning, Afternoon or over a Full Day.<\/p>\n

We can work with 2 Classes over a Morning \/ Afternoon (up to 35 Children per Class) Or 4 Classes over a Full Day (up to 35 Children per Class)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Morning \/ Afternoon (Session 1)<\/span><\/h5>\n

The 2 Classes will be working Simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Class 1 will be taking part in The Numeracy through Football Initiative \u00a9 in the Classroom, whilst at the same time Class 2 will take part in a Professional Football Coaching Session, either on the School Field, Playground or in the School Hall.<\/p>\n

For Example:
\n9.30am – 10.30am<\/p>\n

Class 1 Classroom Session
\nClass 2 Football Session<\/p>\n

Morning \/ Afternoon (Session 2)<\/span><\/h5>\n

After Break Time, the two Classes will then change over.<\/p>\n

Class 1 will then take part in a Professional Football Coaching Session, either on the School Field, Playground or in the School Hall.<\/p>\n

Class 2 will then take part in The Numeracy through Football Initiative \u00a9 in the Classroom.<\/p>\n

For Example:
\n11.00am – 12.00pm<\/p>\n

Class 1 Football Session
\nClass 2 Classroom Session<\/p>\n

Full Day<\/span><\/h5>\n

This is exactly the same as above for the Morning \/ Afternoon.<\/p>\n

Class 1 and 2 take part and work Simultaneously During the Morning. In the Afternoon, Classes 3 and 4 will take part. Again, both Classes work Simultaneously.<\/p>\n

What Equipment Do We Bring?<\/span><\/h5>\n

We will bring 30, A4, Colour Numeracy Booklets, so each Child will have One each to work through.<\/p>\n

We will also bring an A4, Colour Worksheet for each Child that takes part in the Initiative. The Children can then take the Worksheet home with them, or alternatively, the Worksheets can be used to make a Display at your School.<\/p>\n

All Footballs, Cones, Bibs, First Aid Bag and Risk Assessment Form will also be brought along for the Programme.<\/p>\n
